How much is delivery and how long does it take?
We use Royal Mail to send almost all of our orders unless stated where we will use a courier due to the size/weight of the item. We aim to post orders within 1-2 days unless stated and will send you an email confirmation of the item being sent.
How do I pay and when?
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We will not send out any items unless payment has been made.
We currently offer Stripe and Paypal as a payment options, which allow you to use all credit and debit cards to securely pay for your item. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order. All payments are completely secure for your piece of mind.
Returns -
If you change your mind you can return your items to us:
* You must email [email protected] to inform us of your decision to return your item/s and your reasons.
* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
* Items must be unused and unopened.
* Items must be returned at the customers expense
You must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost on its way back to Home Cwtches. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
We will issue a refund for the product(s) returned.
Please note – returns must be packaged in its original packaging and packed properly to avoid damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items -
If your item is faulty or damaged please email us so we can resolve this matter. Please note we will need to see photographs to prove the damage for replacements.
Please do not send a return without emailing us first.
Delays -
If there is a delay on your item we will contact you. If it is likely to be more than 2 weeks after your purchase date we will update you and give you the chance to have a refund.
